- Lou Santoni is the President & CEO of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce and President of the Greater Binghamton Convention & Visitors Bureau. Lou is Past President of the New York State Central Leatherstocking Regional Tourism Promotion Agencies. Lou has also served as Past President and is currently the Treasurer of the New York State Association of Convention & Visitors Bureau. Currently, Lou serves as a member of the Broome County Arena Board of Directors and of the Greater Binghamton Education Outreach Program (GBEOP) Board of Directors. A lifelong resident of Binghamton, Lou is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
