Including today, just seven working days remain in New York’s 2017 legislative session.  The last scheduled day of the legislative session is June 21, though we will not be  surprised if lawmakers continue working later in the week.

As is usual in Albany at the end of the session, just about every special interest you can think of is lining the halls of the Capitol up to try to get their bills passed.  Some of the issues we’re working on include opposing costly new prevailing wage, health care and ‘Buy American’ mandates and preventing lawmakers from enacting other new anti-business measures.
