As an active member of the Minimum Wage Reality Check Campaign, we are pleased to announce the release of a new video that focuses on the needs to “reinvigorate the state’s economy.” We’ve been supportive of much of what the Governor has done in terms of trying to improve state’s economy, but we believe strongly that those efforts will suffer if the state increases the minimum wage to $15 per hour.

Our coalition continues to grow, with 7 new organizations joining the effort last week.  They are the Rome Area Chamber of Commerce, the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Cortland County Chamber of Commerce, the Genesee County Chamber of Commerce, the state Liquor Store Association, the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce and the Oil and Gas Association of New York.
