Last week, GOP gubernatorial hopeful Rob Astorino released his jobs plan, which calls for tax cuts, more state infrastructure investments, and allowing natural gas development through hydraulic fracturing in the state’s Southern Tier. He also calls for making the state’s real property tax cap permanent.
The plan states: “Government doesn’t create private sector jobs but it can establish the climate where private investment flows and job creation flourishes.”
