Republican Onondaga County Comptroller Robert Antonacci announced this week that he will challenge Democratic state Comptroller Tom DiNapoli. Antonacci said he will participate in the pilot public campaign finance program for state comptroller candidates that was created as part of the state’s 2014-15 budget.
