Last week, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership released the results of its poll, conducted in conjunction with Zogby International.  You can read the results here.

Zogby Analytics was commissioned by Buffalo Niagara Partnership to conduct an online survey of over 300 business owners and decision makers in Upstate New York.  Here is what they found — while there is a strong desire to invest and create jobs in Upstate New York, there are barriers in place to doing so, most of which are related to the overall cost of doing business.

Clearly, New York has much, much more work to do before we can truly claim that we are “Open for Business.”
