The 2012 legislative session is schedule to come to a close as the Senate and Assembly are in session today, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The New York State Board of Regents meets in Albany next Monday and Tuesday.

On Monday, June 25, the State Department of Financial Services will hold a public hearing on a proposed workers’ compensation insurance 2012 loss cost increase of 11.5 percent that was filed with the Department of Financial Services by the New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board, to be effective October 1, 2012.

New York State’s Congressional primaries will be held on Tuesday, June 26.

The Empire State Development Corporation (ESDC) is holding training workshops to provide an overview of the state’s Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) process and how to apply for economic development funding from multiple agency programs through a single application.
