I had no idea what was going on in the state!! This provide a great synopsis allowing me now to engage in debat with those in NY and share the details in my courses.Unfortunately, the issues with the budget in NY are not an anomaly, but rather the norm in many states. We must hold ourelves accountable, because we do indeed elect the legislators! Well written! I enjoyed it!
